Pacific Sweeper Featured in North American Sweeper Magazine


Although we of course knew that there was an article afoot since we provided interviews and background information, seeing our company on the cover of our industry’s leading trade publication blew us away.

It’s our pleasure to share that Pacific Sweeping is featured on the September 2020 cover and within a 10-page spread in North American Sweeper, being recognized as an industry leader in our competitive and sometimes complicated geographic market of SoCal.

NAS is the leading trade publication for the huge power sweeping industry throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States.

The article highlights the breadth of our work providing municipalities, construction project managers, HOAs, and commercial customers with contract pavement cleaning as well as on-call and emergency services.

Staying in Our Own Lane

As the article details, every year, Pacific Sweeping accomplishes the somewhat staggering work of cleaning 350,000 miles of roadways and 15,000 parking lots for more than 30 cities across five counties in southern California.

By maintaining a focus on municipal and government project work, we have been able to deliver stellar services at fair, competitive prices for clients including Caltrans, counties, utility companies, service providers for public events, various government construction projects, and government agencies such as the City of San Diego, the State of California, the U.S. Navy Shipyards, and the U.S. Marine Corps.

With nearly 50 pieces of equipment servicing five counties, Pacific Sweeping is the largest privately owned and operated business of our kind in San Diego and the surrounding counties.

Pacific Sweeping’s Team Building and Training are Highlighted

The article likewise shares a big part of the “secret of our success.”  It seems that our team-building and staff training also captured the interest and became a focus of the writer.

Although we are far from shy about sharing our training / team-building – we share event information on Pacific Sweeping’s Facebook page – it seems to really differentiate us from other companies.

Our social media presence allows us to share pictures of training sessions, a team certification event, and showcases team training meetings we use to discuss vehicle inspections, technology use and of course, safety training!

We want our customers and potential employees to know that we walk the walk to maintain management’s commitment to team development.
